For Whom

Prismati is for individuals who have had expanded states of consciousness (psychedelic, entheogenic, breath induced, artistic, community, sport or otherwise). It is specially for those who are going through significant changes or transitions. I work with soul explorers.

Priority will be given to those referred by a mutual acquaintance.

When

At an agreed time. The meetings lasts 45 minutes. I recommend three sessions during the three week after the experience.

Then, according to interest and agreement.

Micro-dosing

Three sessions previous to intake.

One session a week during intake period.

Three integration sessions post intake period.  

How

Each process is unique.

It is tailored to particular needs goals and preferences. ​​

We explore what is evident and what is vailed, what calls for reflection and what barely surfaces. We pay close attention to pauses, impressions, images, movements, emotions, memories, and impulses, until we can put them into words.

There are options along the way to remember, integrate and direct.

Meaning of Prismati

Prismati is a play on words, about geometric shapes refracting light.

It is a celebration. 

Its Sanskrit roots are related to being pleased, delighted and satisfied. To clarity of mind, and a state of joy and wisdom. ​​​​

Prismati

is for each part and the totality.​

It is to build or find meanings, slowly.

It is for sowing the transformation, into daily life, and keeping the process lively over time.
